How You'll Make an Impact:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team to own new Sales and current customer Account Management for our Virginia market. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning the growth and account management efforts in Virginia, a large legacy market for our business. This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing relationships with our current customer base while also identifying and executing opportunities to expand our presence in the state. The ideal candidate will work closely with our operations team to drive scale and success in this key market.*Must live in VA*What You'll Do:

Account Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Virginia, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.Monitor and report on customer usage, feedback, and service levels to ensure optimal delivery.Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.Business Development:Identify new business opportunities and strategies to expand our presence within Virginia.Develop and execute a growth plan to increase market share, including targeted outreach to potential clients.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop proposals, presentations, and sales strategies.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and generate leads.Collaboration with Operations:Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.Provide feedback to operations on service performance, and collaborate on solutions to improve efficiency and service quality.Market Analysis:Conduct regular analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in Virginia.Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on potential areas for growth and improvement.Reporting:Track and report on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and growth initiatives.Provide regular updates to senior leadership on market performance and opportunities.As a utilization-based revenue model (e.g., # of client orders vs. devices sold) your success will be measured by total mobile imaging utilization (new and current clients) within your defined territory.What You Need:

College degree (Equivalent education)Proven track record of 5+ years in account management and/or sales in the healthcare or medical services industry.Experience partnering with or selling to community healthcare organizations and familiarity with their procurement processes is highly desirable.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer relationship management.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in Virginia is a plus.Requirement:Located or willingness to relocate to VirginiaWillingness to travel up to 30%Who We Are:
