Telecom Engineer.

This positions primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise, troubleshoot incidents and perform the day-to-day operational activities independently. The chosen candidate will assist in the telecom administration activities and impact analysis on existing Data center, Network, Telecom and Security Infrastructure. The role holder will be responsible for all the telecom related activities including telecom related change management & problem management, technology currency initiatives, addressing security vulnerabilities related to network & telecom. All the activities will need to be performed with high quality, timeliness as well as compliance to laid down processes.Required Qualifications :Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 5 years of Information Technology experience.Experience in

Cisco voice networks and VOIP support .At least 2 years of experience in

Cisco Voice and UCCE

administration and maintenance.Experience in

Verint Maintenance & Support .Experience with network management and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Cisco.All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.Preferred Qualifications:Experience of experience in Routing and Switching.Knowledge of call center technologies, ConvergeOne platform.Willing to work in production support and on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours including weekendsStrong communication and Analytical skillsAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentThis job requires physical handling of telecom equipment across the premises including the datacenter.
