Client Accounting Services (CAS) Group :Client Accounting Services Manager
Provides a combination of both controller and general accounting services to a variety of clients from different industries with a focus on not-for-profit.Clientele include:o Small to medium sized businesseso Industries include a concentration in not-for-profit, and may also include clients in the construction, manufacturing, professional services, and retail industriesController serviceso Responsible for oversight, account management and accuracy of financial recordso Oversee, produce, and present financial statements and resultso Develop and maintain insightful analytical reportso Drive the implementation of best practices and efficiencies.o Timely responsiveness to client inquirieso Develop and maintain strong relationships with client personnelo Proactively work with CPA for tax planning and preparation support
General Accountingo Posting transactions to the general ledger systemo Monthly bank reconciliationso Month-end and year-end closeo Budget to actual and other analyseso Reconciling third-party service provider reports to the general ledgero Cash disbursements process including processing payments for approved invoiceso Accounts receivable function including issuing invoices and applying cash receiptso Processing payroll utilizing clients third-party processorTeam Orientedo Maintain strong communication with others with the CAS Teamo Support other members of the CAS Team and Sansiverio Support Tax Department by providing tax preparation work for mutual CAS and other clientso Perform various other duties to support the continued growth and success of the CAS TeamCompetencies / SkillsetRequiredA minimum of 3 years of experience in performing CAS related work

4 5 years of public accounting / industry accounting experienceNot-for-profit industry and/or education required with an emphasis on a strong understanding of recording and managing donor contributions, grants, and cost-reimbursement contracts. Our services include consulting/directing our clients as to the rules and regulations related to common activities of a not-for-profit. This position will serve as the initial point-point person for management and, in most cases, serve as the project lead for management in identifying and adhering to the unique requirements of a not-for-profit organization.Strong communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projectsAbility to meet multiple deadlines in a timely fashionAbility to work well in a team environmentProficient in QuickBooks OnlineProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookAbility to learn and utilize various software, as necessary
