Rental Fleet Coordinator

Position Summary:The Rental Fleet Coordinator is responsible for units not gaining revenue by focusing on Cycle Time and Dead Line Reports.Major Responsibilities:Review estimates supplied by internal Penske Truck Collision centersDocument cost-saving activities and report out monthlyConduct daily audit of accident-related Repair OrdersWork with field facing Penske locations to ensure the accident reporting process is being followedCollaborate with Remarketing on asset disposal strategiesSub and Deadline Reports-Monitor report for all units down in Accident statusQualifications:High School Diploma or GED required2 years of related field rental/service experience requiredMust have strong knowledge of truck body componentsProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to build relationships with corporate and field associatesStrong negotiation skills requiredMust have excellent organizational and analytical skills.Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the jobWillingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.Physical Requirements:The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
