Senior Consultant: Talent & Organization Development (Remote)Increasingly complex business environments require organizations to adapt and respond to changing dynamics with agility and precision. Talent Development supports organizational effectiveness and adaptability by applying a systemic approach to Organization Development (OD) that aligns key interdependencies across the organization with our evolving business landscape. This role is specifically supporting Penske Logistics Sales.Position Summary:The Senior Consultant-Talent & OD will design and deliver custom development programs and solutions that link business strategies to individual and organization performance. In this role, you will evaluate business needs and leverage data-driven insights to determine organizational learning and capability requirements. The successful candidate will apply human-centered design principles and knowledge of organization development models and frameworks to create programs that build associate and organizational capability.The candidate will be expected to understand Penskes business model, cultivate internal partnerships, and collaborate across functions to design solutions that optimize performance. This role offers the opportunity to manage development initiatives at scale and requires close partnership with business leaders and human resources partners. The ideal candidate will be passionate and experienced in organization development, learning design and evaluation, adult development, and facilitation.Major Responsibilities:Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate development programs and initiatives that link business strategies to individual and organization performanceLeverage advanced facilitation skills and techniques to meet participants where they are and provide a holistic development experience that builds human and organizational capabilityConduct necessary needs assessments to determine organizational learning and capability requirementsDevelop relationships with key business partners and subject matter experts to conduct needs assessments, applying professional ISD (Instructional Design) & OD (Organizational Development) frameworksResponsible for engaging and managing critical stakeholder relationshipsOperate Learning technologies and systems used in the delivery of instructional and/or interactive programs or courses (i.e. LEARN+, Smart-Sheets, MS OneDrive Zoom, Teams etc.)Other projects and tasks as assignedQualifications:Bachelors Degree in related area of study or equivalent experience required.
