Position - Marketing Strategy Analyst
Location - Grand Rapids, MI (Onsite)
Salary - $60,000 - $80,000
Position Summary: As a Marketing Strategist with a focus on technology, data, and collaboration. You'll assist in driving Sales and Marketing efforts by optimizing content, generating leads, and integrating technology solutions. The role requires someone energetic and accountable who can leverage marketing automation tools for personalized, data-driven campaigns across various channels. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and streamline marketing processes, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.
Essential Functions:
- Implement and optimize marketing automation and data-driven campaigns (e.g., Salesforce)
- Manage online listings and ensure content accuracy across all platforms
- Drive lead generation and manage platforms like Google Ads
- Monitor and report on website traffic, market trends, and buyer demographics
- Collaborate on digital advertising campaigns with the marketing team
- Provide training and support on best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2-5 years in marketing
- Strong knowledge of search engine and social media marketing
- Experience with analytics and CRM systems preferred
- Strong decision-making, data analysis, and marketing acumen
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Background in process optimization and technology integration in marketing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Technical acumen in marketing operations and digital marketing tools
- Strategic thinking and data-driven problem solving
- Proactive in learning new marketing technologies and driving innovation
