OVERVIEW OF THE PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

• Manage and process weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• The Payroll Administrator will handle wage garnishments, deductions, and PTO tracking
• Maintain payroll records, address discrepancies, and resolve payroll-related inquiries
• The Payroll Administrator will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding payroll and taxation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

• Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
