What the Billing Specialist will be doing:
- AIA billing of projects
- Preparing and understanding certificates of insurance and lien waivers
- Ensure percent of completion matches contracts
- Work closely with project managers related to contract billings
- 2+ years in AIA billings
- Hands on experience using large accounting software related to construction: Vista Viewpoint is ideal
Salary: $55,000 to $65,000
