ABOUT THE COMPANY
- We are currently looking for an ambitious and hardworking Senior Accountant to assist in a variety of areas. This position will offer challenging and rewarding opportunities in a fast -paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER
- The Senior Accountant will have responsibility for certain monthly account reconciliations.
- The Senior Accountant will assist with overall monthly close process.
- Handle the preparation of financial reporting packages.
- Perform account analysis including budget to actual variance.
- Assist with special projects and prepare ad hoc reports and analysis.
- Establish, modify, document, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER:
- General Accounting
- The Senior Accountant must have advanced Excel.
- Attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Experience in a variety of software packages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
