Role Responsibilities - Senior Accountant
- Oversee all aspects of insurance-related financial activities
- Coordinate with Joint Venture partners on audits and financial requests
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Manage property tax processes including timely and accurate property tax filings and payments
- Coordinate retention bond substitution processes and documentation
- Communicate with partners regarding charges/insurance
Preferred Qualifications - Senior Accountant
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a similar field
- Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
- 5+ years of Accounting Experience
- Construction background is a plus
- CPA is a plus
