Competitive salary range 110k-130k based off experience.
Top Responsibilities:- Oversee accounting, budgeting, audits, and forecasting.
- Assess and report the organization's financial status to executive leadership and the board.
- Manage budget development, reporting, and fiscal policies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory tax and audit filings.
- Continuously improve financial services and operations (e.g., treasury management, payroll, grants).
- Implement and upgrade policies, controls, and procedures.
- Ensure alignment with the strategic plan, reporting progress to the board.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Oversee IT systems and long-term capital equipment planning.
- A degree in Business or Accounting
- Expertise in nonprofit financial regulations and management.
- 10+ years of senior management experience with strong financial and operational leadership.
- Proven skills in creative problem-solving, negotiation, and change management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team development capabilities.
