Overview of the role: Payroll & Benefits Admin

  • Manage payroll coordination, ensuring timely and accurate processing for up to 40 employees
  • Benefits - gathering documents and information to put together renewals for 2025 and disbursing to employees
  • Assist in implementation of certain services in ADP Workforce Now - onboarding, I-9, unemployment, garnishments, timeclock integration, payroll workflow, and benefits.
  • Provide assistance with data entry as necessary
  • Experience with ADA reporting is a plus!

Preferred Qualifications: Payroll & Benefits Admin

  • Must have experience with ADP Workforce Now for payroll use
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
