Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and oversee collections efforts
- Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and account information
- Maintain detailed records of collection activities
- Provide reports on collection status to management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Collections Specialist or in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skill
