Responsibilities:

• Process full cycle accounts payable at a high volume, ensuring accurate coding and approval process as you will be handling invoices for multiple entities
• Process payments via check and ACH
• Communicate with vendors as needed regarding questions, to provide updated statements, etc.
• Assist with month end closing tasks as needed

Experience Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field
• Intermediate Excel
• Strong attention to detail, able to work independently or in a team, strong communication skills
