What the Income Tax Analyst will do…
- Prepares annual income tax return supporting workpapers and tax calculations for federal and state jurisdiction filings.
- Prepare current and deferred tax input schedules, including the reconciliation of the income tax provision of tax returns.
- Prepares quarterly tax reserve schedules. Reviews schedules for compliance with SOX 404 and ASC 740-10.
- Assists with tax audits. Negotiates audit issues with taxing authorities, working under Manager, Income Tax.
- Assist with the review of foundation grants on a quarterly basis to ensure compliance with requirements for maintenance of tax-exempt status.
What the company needs in an Income Tax Analyst role:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of tax experience in public accounting or industry
