RESPONSIBILITIES: External Reporting Manager

• Support SEC reporting including the 10Q and 10K
• Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements
• Support month end close
• Balance Sheet reviews
• Variance analysis
• Due diligence for potential M&A transactions

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: External Reporting Manager

• BS in Accounting, Finance or related
• CPA highly preferred
