ABOUT THE COMPANY
- Our client is a leading manufacturing organization located in the beautiful suburb of St. Charles, IL. They're a small, family owned company with excellent tenure. This is the first role they've had to hire in Accounting for over 8 years!
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR:
- The Accounting Coordinator will compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
- Verify and post details of business transactions, such as AR and AP
- Reconcile bank statements
- Handle special projects as assigned by management and senior accounting staff.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR ROLE:
- General Accounting, AP or AR experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
