What the VP of FP&A will do…
- The VP of FP&A will analyze current and past trends in KPIs for cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures and revenue
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to make recommendations to management for decision making purposes
- Report to the CFO and mentor, lead and supervise a large downline
- Build, maintain and own the long-term forecast of historical and projected performance and financial metrics
- Responsible for cash flow projections for various departments
- Maintain financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Customize reporting modules
- Plan and execute budget
What the company needs in a Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related
- Hospitality experience required
- Public company experience in a similar role
- Ability to perform detailed financial analysis, formulate recommendations, and communicate in executive format
