Overview of the Bookkeeper role:
- Accounts Payable: data entry, matching and coding in General Ledger, weekly check runs, run weekly report, maintain vendor files
- Accounts Receivable: invoicing, post payments, prepare bank deposits
- Prepare journal entries
- Close books monthly and prepare financial statements
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts
Preferred Qualifications for the Bookkeeper position:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
- Minimum three years of experience in a bookkeeping role
- Highly effective communication skills, ability to work independently
The Bookkeeper role is fully onsite in North Liberty, Indiana
Salary: $55,680.00 - $65,680.00
