Sales Support Administrator:

A great client in the distribution industry is looking to add a motivated and driven Sales Support Administrator to their growing team! They offer a work-place environment that rewards commitment, talent and the drive for excellence. 

Responsibilities of the Sales Support Administrator:

  • Conduct customer research and provide exceptional customer service experience to established clients and sales team
  • Manage the intake and delivery process
  • Coordinate demonstration scheduling
  • Enter quotes
  • Prepare promotional materials for events
  • Set proper expectations on process and service levels with customers and Internal Operations Team

Qualifications of the Sales Support Administrator:

  • Empathetic personality and a strong customer orientation
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal; both externally and internally

The Sales Support Administrator role is fully onsite in Richfield, OH with a salary range of $40,000- $43,000 depending on experience.
