RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MEDICAL SCHEDULER:

• The Medical Scheduler will coordinate patient scheduling by:
• Promptly responding to inbound faxes from providers
• Reaching out to patients on the phone to intake and schedule appointments
• Perform data entry while speaking with patients and verify insurance is in-network
• The Medical Scheduler will also answer phones, triage patient needs, and schedule appointments

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE MEDICAL SCHEDULER:

• Medical scheduler must have experience in the medical industry
• Strong phone skills and computer acumen is essential in this position
• Problem-solving skills and desire to work autonomously
• Preferred candidate will have a keen eye for detail and disposition to work with others
