Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support for helpdesk escalation tickets.
- Manage and administer Windows Server environments, including virtualized environments.
- Intune and Autopilot administration and setup with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Expertise in Azure (Office 365, Intune, AD, Virtualization) and AWS (EC2, Elastic Beanstalk) environments, with at least 2 years of experience in each.
- Perform system configuration, maintenance, and refresh activities according to standard operating procedures and change management processes.
- Implement, upgrade, and decommission hardware and software systems under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support mass IT service deployments across the organization.
- Familiarity with disaster recovery solutions and conducting disaster recovery testing, maintenance, and improvement with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Monitor system stability, availability, and performance, troubleshooting any identified issues in enterprise systems.
- Apply security best practices, including encryption, certificates, and network security.
- Support networking technologies: Switching, Routing, VPN, Firewall, VoIP, Wireless, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, Data Center management, and network management software
- Ability to adhere to strict security protocols within a highly secure environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet system administration needs.
- Script automation tasks and implement RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ certifications.
- Certifications such as MCITP, MCSA, or MCSE preferred.
- Working knowledge of SOC2, HIPAA, NIST, or HITRUST standards.
- Experience with Mac OS administration.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to commute reliably to the Denver Tech Center.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Disaster Recovery testing, maintenance, and improvement.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Intune and Autopilot administration and setup.
- 2 years of experience in AWS and Azure environments.
