OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
- Performance reviews
- Setting up interviews and recruitment
- HR onboarding
- Managing employee complaints / employee relations
- Following up on reviews on new hires (90 day)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Non-profit experience is a plus!
- 3+ years of HR experience is a plus!
