We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our family-oriented team. In this role, you will primarily handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively with other employees is essential, as we value a collaborative and friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and vendors
Qualifications:
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Experience in full cycle AP/AR
- Strong attention to detail and initiative
- Excellent communication skills
