About the Company and Opportunity:
- Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team
- Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, this role will perform day-to-day accounting duties including full cycle accounts payable

Overview of the Accounts Payable Clerkrole:
- Multi-location reporting
- Enter invoices and vendor statements
- GL coding of invoices
- Pay invoices in accordance with credit terms
- Correspond appropriately and as needed with vendors
- Reconcile vendor accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Support month-end closing processes
- File documents in an accurate and timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Clerk:
- 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Knowledge of general accounting
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Salary: $24-25/hour
