- CFS is working with a national non-profit organization here in Manhattan, looking to have a Gift Processing Coordinator join the team!
- Their mission focuses around connecting the passions of Americans to the talent at one of the world's most distinguished academic and research institutions
- This role will be fully on site; the organization has very generous PTO and benefits!
OVERVIEW OF THE GIFT PROCESSING COORDINATOR ROLE:
- Communication, trouble shooting, customer service, getting on the phone, making sure checks are addressed to the right person
- Gift processing, volume can range from 50-300 donations a week
- Scanning checks into the bank, making sure they're deposited and coding them correctly into the system
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE GIFT PROCESSING COORDINATOR:
- Gift processing experience is a plus
- Accounts payable experience is a plus
- Customer service experience is a plus
