Collections Specialist RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collections Specialist will send correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
- Collections Specialist will confer with customers in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service, or credit contract with customer.
- Collections Specialist will work with credit holds/release.
- Collections Specialist will work with order release with product shipments.
- Collections Specialist will receive payment and post amount paid to customer account.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- PLUS have experience using SAP
- MUST have previous B2B collections experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
