This position is a unique opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to take on significant responsibilities, lead teams, and contribute to our firm's growth and success. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, debt offerings, equity offerings, and restructurings.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Corporate Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters including entity formation, commercial contracts, and legal issues.
- Leading and managing complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, debt offerings, equity offerings, and restructurings.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Providing exceptional client service, including regular interaction with clients, understanding their needs, and providing strategic legal advice.
- Leading teams and taking on significant responsibilities within the firm.
- Participating in business development training to help grow the firm's client base.
- Ensuring legal compliance across all corporate activities and providing legal assistance as needed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Corporate Associate position will have:
- A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, debt offerings, equity offerings, and restructurings.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and legal documents.
- A strong track record of client interaction and exceptional client service.
- Excellent legal research and legal writing skills.
- A detail-oriented approach, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously.
- Experience in leading teams and taking on significant responsibilities.
- A commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- A strong understanding of legal compliance and experience providing legal assistance.
- The ability to thrive in a collegial environment and contribute to the firm's growth and success.
