IT Systems Administrator - Alliance RV is currently seeking an experienced and full-time IT Systems Administrator. The IT Systems Administrator plays a crucial role in our organization's technological infrastructure. This position is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our IT systems, including computers, servers, networks, and cloud-based services. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT operations while supporting the company's business objectives.
Key aspects of the role include:
•Oversee daily operations of IT systems and infrastructure
•Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
•Proactively identify and resolve technical issues
•Manage user accounts and access permissions
•Provide onsite and remote technical guidance and support to end-users
•Maintain accurate IT asset management system
•Implement and manage Microsoft 365 technologies
•Ensure data integrity and system security
•Collaborate with various departments to meet their IT needs
•Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures
•Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
•Participate in IT strategy development and project planning

Qualifications:
•5+ years of experience in IT Systems Administration or equivalent.
•Microsoft certification is preferred.
Experience:
•Proficient in working within a Windows OS environment and Office 365.
•Experience with on-premises Active Directory (hybrid identity) and Microsoft cloud technologies including Azure, Exchange online, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint.

•Self-motivated with strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, and a desire to learn new skills.
•Excellent customer service skills with the ability to quickly troubleshoot and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical end-users.
•Demonstrated ability to work independently on daily tasks and projects, adjusting priorities as needed.
