- Our client is a well-established organization in the St Petersburg area and they are adding a brand new Tax Manager to their team
- The role reports to the Director of Tax and will have strong exposure to upper management

- Hybrid schedule (only in office 2-3 days per month)
What the Tax Manager will do…
- Prepare tax disclosures for annual, quarterly, and monthly US GAAP (ASC 740) and statutory financial statements, including necessary accounting documentation.
- Handle the preparation and submission of direct and indirect tax returns and payments, covering Federal and State income taxes, premium taxes, property taxes, sales and use taxes, excise taxes, and information reporting.
- Provide support to the HR team on employment tax issues, including benefits in kind and employment status queries.
- Manage and coordinate tax audits, inquiries, and notices from tax authorities.
- Monitor and update the company's tax position in response to market developments and legislative changes.
What the company needs in a Tax Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related
- CPA preferred
- ASC740 experience
- Large Public Accounting experience
