2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
3. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
4. Mentor and support junior staff members, fostering a culture of growth and development within the finance team.

Qualifications:

• Associates or bachelors in accounting strongly preferred.
• 2-3 years progressive accounting experience.
