Our client, a mission-driven non-profit is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will overseeing financial health, compliance, and operations to ensure the organization's long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy.
- Manage budgeting and cash flow
- Oversee grant management, donor fund tracking, and restricted funds.
- Present financial data to organization leadership
- Lead and mentor the finance team while managing day-to-day financial operations.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of financial leadership experience, ideally within a non-profit.
- Expertise in non-profit accounting, grants, and compliance.
Compensation
- $80,000 to $120,000
