Salary range based off experience 150k-200k base.

- Participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures required to safeguard system assets.
- Determines opportunities to improve customer interactions to internal and external customers.

- Acts as a point of contact within area of responsibility by assisting with audit requirements, prioritizing tasks, and escalating complex inquiries to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of data.
- Responsible for accounting and control of all capital assets, materials management, and accounts payable processes.
- Interprets rulings issued by the federal, state, and local legal entities and ensures regulations issued by regulatory agencies
- Drives financial performance through the use of financial and management systems.
- Provides supervision and mentoring for the staff members in the Department.
- Cultivates a culture that promotes and rewards professional growth, interdisciplinary collaboration, constructive communication, flexibility, teamwork, and customer service.
- Recommends training requirements; ensures staff competencies remain at the highest level to meet the objectives and goals of the organization
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Controller Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business required, CPA REQUIRED.
- 10+ years of non-profit or hospital/healthcare finance and accounting experience required
- 7-10 years of progressively increasing management experience
- Multiple site and multiple entity experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, continually changing/growing environment.
- Track record of developing, implementing, administering, and monitoring accounting policies and procedures.
