Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
- Implement preventive maintenance plans and perform scheduled maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving equipment performance and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
- Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in the Food and Beverage Industry.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing PLCs preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as industrial equipment and machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
