Accounts Payable Coordinator

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our client is a leading firm in the fertilization industry and they are seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join the Accounting team. Join a solid team environment who is adaptive, fun, and a company which is great to work for!

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE:

• The Accounts Payable Associate will enter invoices most of the day.
• The Accounts Payable Associate will double check peer's work in a fun fashion.
• Able to think through processes and research any discrepancies.
• Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.
• Prepare analysis of accounts, as required.
• Assist in monthly closings.
• The Accounts Payable Associate will assist with other duties as required by management.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ROLE:

• Accounts Payable experience
• Attention to detail and adaptable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 6 months of relevant experience
