Overview of the role: Accounting Manger

• The Accounting Manager will provide support and ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions and reporting.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures.
• Generate and review monthly reports.
• Prepare and make bank deposits.
• Assist with preparation for annual audits.
• Ability to conduct a wide variety of accounting duties and projects such as helping complete financial statements, keeping up with company tax obligations, and filings.
• Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices.

Preferred Qualifications: Accounting Manger

• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Team player with a positive attitude
