Overview of the Bookkeeper role:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are properly recorded
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly
• Prepare and submit monthly financial report
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Collaborate with the financial team to support audits and tax preparation
• Prepare bi-weekly payroll

Preferred requirements for the Bookkeeper:

• 3+ years of experience in an accounting role
