Responsibilities of the Controller:
- Financial reporting
- Internal controls
- Process improvement
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Assisting the staff with difficult transactions
Qualifications of the Controller:
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role of accounting staff
- Bachelor's in Accounting
- Financial reporting experience
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- CPA is strongly preferred
- Aviation industry experience is a plus!
