Responsibilities of the Payroll Assistant:
- Audit timesheets to ensure accuracy.
- Enter timesheet data into the payroll software.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Track PTO and wage changes for all employees.
Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll Assistant:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Office administrative experience.
- Payroll experience is a plus, but candidates comfortable with data entry are encouraged to apply.
