Housing Specialist

About the Company and Opportunity:
- Our client is a non-profit in DC that is focused on providing shelter and necessities to people in need!
- Due to a growth, they are hiring a Housing Specialist to work hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote) after the training period! Laptop is provided!
- Schedule is Mon-Fri regular business hours 8a-5p.
- Pay: 25-30/hr
- Duration: Contract-to-hire (dependent on performance and fit)

Overview of the Housing Specialist role:
- Fair Housing Compliance Standards - preform tax credit and file compliance audits
- Processing rent payments and payment plans
- Assist with month-end close (reports)
- Manage the vehicle fleet
- Work with their software's including Windsor, Onesite, and more!
- Data entry
- Ad hoc reporting/projects
Preferred Qualifications for the Housing Specialist:
- 2-5 years of Housing Compliance experience
- Tech savvy
- Excellent written and verbal communication sills
- Basic Excel skills
- Experience with Onesite and Windsor is a plus!
