Answering calls on a multi-line system
Redirecting calls to appropriate contacts
Data entry
Processing driver paperwork
Assisting dispatchers
Other duties may apply as requested by management
Qualifications for Billing ClerkAbility to multitask and have a sense of urgency
Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
Dependable and well organized
Must be computer literate
Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
