This role reports into the Payroll Manager and works with a team of 4.

Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:

• Process timecards, review for accuracy and approvals
• Track hours worked back to projects and update coding
• Use Excel for downloading and uploading data, sorting, organizing
• Assist payroll team with weekly processing of payroll

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience
• Fast and accurate data entry
• Comfortable learning new software
• Comfortable with email communication

Location is NW Portland and offers a hybrid work schedule.

Salary is $55,000 - $60,000 per year
