Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager

Working closely with the Controller, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for full oversight of the corporate accounting team
Lead, mentor and develop staff
Review month end close and also have the ability to be fully hands on with the close. Journal entries, reconciliations, analysis
Review journal entries and supporting documentation on a monthly basis
Work on varied projects such as any clean up to be done with the newly implemented ERP system
Support he annual audit
Monthly and quarterly tax filings
Additional duties as assigned
