Senior Accountant

Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a boutique real estate company to identify a Senior Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant to looking to break into the real estate industry and continue to develop their skillset.

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant include but are not limited to:

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• Maintain general ledgers, supporting reconciliations & supporting documents
• Assisting in AP process
• Preparation of acquisition, disposition, and financing entries in the general ledger
• Accounting systems implementation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Real estate/property accounting experience is a plus, not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• MAS 90\Sage 100 experience preferred but not required
