Overview of the Payroll Specialist role:

• Review employee timesheets for accuracy
• Process payroll for 200 hourly and salary employees, including overtime, deductions, and bonuses
• Maintain records of hourly rates, wages, benefits, and new hire information
• Prepare reports for management and finance departments
• Manage payroll budget and expenses by assisting departments with payroll procedures

Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist Role:

• Minimum two years of payroll experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and a major payroll software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

The Payroll Specialist role is fully onsite in Buchanan, Michigan.

Salary: $52,450.00 - $67,450.00
