The Tax Manager's primary responsibilities:1) Manage the department, specific to tax
2) Hands on preparation of individual tax returns
3) Oversee the annual expenditure controls
4) Ensure appropriate and timely workflow is obtained
Ideal qualifications of the Tax Manager:1) Bachelor's Degree is a must
2) Enrolled Agent of Active CPA is a must
3) At least 3 seasons in a tax environment
4) Proficiency in QuickBooks
5) Proficiency in Sage
