We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in the medical industry. Responsibilities:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Developing, implementing, and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
2. Preparing and managing the annual budget, including forecasting revenues and expenditures, and analyzing variances.
3. Conducting detailed financial analysis and providing ad hoc reports to support business decisions and strategies.
4. Collaborating with various teams to understand business operations and provide accurate financial planning.
5. Providing financial insights and recommendations based on analysis of key performance indicators and trends.
6. Ensuring compliance with healthcare financial regulations and standards.
7. Assisting in the development and presentation of financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
8. Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Financial Analyst position will have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. An advanced degree or certification such as MBA, CFA, or CPA is highly desirable.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
3. Prior experience in the healthcare or medical industry is strongly preferred.
4. Proficiency in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and variance analysis.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Exceptional financial acumen and ability to understand and interpret financial data.
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial software systems.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
10. Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
