- Responsible for the collections of their customers and products.
- Handling a manageable volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Data entry and updating customer information.
Requirements for the Collections and Customer Service Specialist
- Proven data entry experience and needs to be comfortable talking on the phone.
- Prior collections experience is a plus.
- Proficient typing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data entry software, databases, and MS Office applications.
