Senior Revenue Accountant

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Revenue Accountant:
- Review contracts for terms and deliverables
- Manage the revenue month end close process; help implement ASC 606 standards
- Prepare reconciliations, journal entries and accruals; management reporting, key metrics
- Partner with the Billing Team to ensure proper invoicing and posting customer payments and to ensure proper revenue classification and recognition in accordance with ASC 606
- Ad hoc projects as needed
- Review existing policies and procedures and make efficiency improvements where needed.
Qualifications of the Senior Revenue Accountant:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 4-6 years of accounting experience with revenue and financial reporting
- ERP experience with larger system such as Netsuite, SAP or Oracle
- Organized, detail-oriented person who can work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Outgoing personality and able to build relationships easily and collaborate with many departments.
