Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Resolve on-site issues and make critical decisions
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent23
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
